Terrexo Construct S.à r.l. takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page covers the Terrexo Interiors custom furniture website (this site). It explains which data we collect through the appointment form, why, and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data collected

We only collect the data you choose to send through the appointment form: name, phone number and your message if you write one. Only with your consent, advertising conversion measurement may be switched on (see section 7).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your appointment or quote request (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, to manage the contractual relationship (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Form data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Contract data is kept for 10 years in line with Luxembourg legal obligations.

5. Recipients

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be passed to our technical providers (hosting, email) strictly to deliver the service, under contractual confidentiality commitments.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@terrexo.lu.

7. Cookies and measurement

This site uses cookies needed for navigation and conversion measurement tools (Google Ads). These tools follow Google Consent Mode v2 and set no advertising cookies or identifiers without your prior explicit consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser: the banner will show again.
