We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the appointment form: name, phone number, and, if provided, your email address. We do not collect browsing data through third-party tracking tools.
Your data is processed to respond to your appointment or quote request (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, to manage the contractual relationship (contract performance — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data from the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data relating to contracts is kept for 10 years in line with Luxembourg legal obligations.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be passed to our technical providers (hosting, mail) strictly for delivering the service, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
